你現在看的，是我 2004 年因工作太沉悶而毅然辭職獨自一人上路的旅程。這次旅程本打算只去西藏一個月，但結果去了兩個半月才回來，由西藏一直去到新加坡，西藏的拉薩大約在地球緯度30度，而新加坡近在赤道，所以把這些遊記放在一個名叫《從30度到零度》的分類裏。

每一次旅行，也擴闊了我的眼界。這次長期「慢遊」，的確令我感受到和現代城市與別不同的世界。希望你看過後，能感受到我所想所見的，這是我把遊歷寫下來的主要目的。看到不明白、想知更多或有感受的地方，歡迎在該篇留下片言隻字。感到好看的話，也請留言支持，寫下去的動力，很多時是來自大家的。
