好時沙嗲

聽人說好時沙嗲的海南雞飯很好,所以早前去了光顧。和老顏二人點了沙嗲串燒、肉骨茶、海南雞飯和四季豆,4個中做得最好的是肉骨茶,煮得到那種馬來亞的味道,令我懷念去年去探望Tony的日子;唯一不足的,是藥材下得太多。:good:
沙嗲也不錯,即燒的。請留意馬拉話沙嗲是串燒肉的意思,不是醬,下次去馬拉時留意那些串燒檔,全都是寫XX Satay的。而真正的沙爹醬是不辣的,沙嗲醬就是吃串燒時用來醮的醬。我們香港人對沙嗲就是辣的印象是由香港人做成的,下次去馬來亞食到不辣的沙嗲醬別說人家不正宗啊!:yummi:
四季豆很惹味,那些像肉碎又像魚香的東西令四季豆特別好食,香得來又不會太鹹。最失望的,反而是海南雞飯,不是說它不好食,只是太普通,不特別好食,可能是期望太高吧!油飯做得不錯,但雞不夠入味,又不夠滑。而且我猜那些是雪藏雞,不是新鮮雞,做海南雞飯又不用新鮮雞的,好吃極也有限。:whatsmile:

    其實沙嗲同咖喱o係原本都係唔辣o既, 但一到香港就變哂做辣o既, 點解呢? 中國人真係鐘意食辣野多o的?

    依家有用新鮮雞都好少喇, 價錢同冰鮮差太遠喇, 唔係o的貴既食店都好少用。 遲o的可能屋企想食新鮮雞都好麻煩lu。 :sad:

    有啊,幾年前要定期去那邊看病,所以常去。有一段時間真是很好吃,但後來又差了,現在不知怎樣。還有新廣南餐廳,很多人也說好吃,但我只覺得一般,因為他們做的雞肉是o鞋口的。

    咁唔係無既, 但就好少喇, 始終成本貴好多。

    係咪中國人喜歡食辣o野多o的呢? 去星馬見當地人唔多食辣o野, 但就香料較重。
