木田園
除了早前介紹過的XTC,我喜歡的雪糕店還有木田園,木田園的總店在灣仔的集成中心,有時會在CitySuper的cookedDeli設置流動雪糕檔,木田園賣的主要是日式Gelato雪糕。老闆木田先生在日本的雪印學懂造雪糕後,便伙拍雪糕師傅同事小黑師傅來香港開日式Gelato雪糕。Gelato本是意大利雪糕,但日本人後來改良了,木田園造的便是日式Gelato。木田先生說香港的生果新鮮又便宜,可以每天做出新鮮的雪糕,他每天一早到街市購買新鮮生果後便和小黑師傅親手造各款雪糕雪葩。木田園除了雪糕新鮮,還有數十款口味選擇。最特別的是他們造的雪糕絕對乎合名字,咖喱飯雪糕除了吃到咖喱味,還可以吃到飯粒;芝士餅味除了可以吃到芝士味,還可以吃到餅底碎!而且他們會造一般少見的雪糕味道,例如清酒、啤酒、豆腐、薰衣草和蕃薯等。不過能吃到甚麼味道全憑運氣,木田先生說雪糕味道是以當天材料而定,買到哪種好材料便造哪種雪糕,而且賣清便算,不會臨時加造各種口味。所以我猜吃過全部口味的,應該只有木田先生本人和小黑師傅!
我最欣賞木田園的清酒和豆腐雪糕,前者造到清酒刺激,後者比其他豆腐雪糕味濃和新鮮;而很想吃但還未吃到的,便是薰衣草和蕃薯雪糕了,希望終有一天吃到吧!
我對木田園印象特別深刻,一來雪糕好吃,二來木田園在香港最多事的那年開業,可說是為香港人打氣的一員。事間過得很快,轉眼間便2年了,幸好木田園不像其他香港食店,2年來的水準依舊沒變,雪糕仍然是好吃。:yummi::good:
