		<description><![CDATA[<p>公司CNY前的lunch party，要每人做一款菜一起吃，理論上是要做家鄉菜的，但其實大家都亂來。</p>
<p>我懶，又剛在聖誕前吃過朋友做的 Deviled Eggs，便跟着做了。</p>
<p>做法很簡單，先把雞蛋煮至全熟，剝殼切開一半，把蛋黃拿出來另放備用，便做成很多雞蛋「杯」了。</p>
<p>雞蛋煮熟後放在冷水中浸一會待蛋殼內的薄衣離開蛋白，剝起來便不會黏着了。切一半的時候也可考慮用條紋刀，使雞蛋「杯」更好看。</p>
<p>「杯」中可放的種類很多，可以放酸瓜碎、三文魚（鮭魚）碎、煙肉碎、蝦肉触肉碎甚至魚子醬！豐儉由人，不過最傳統的，也是做節儉的做法，就是把蛋黃放回去。</p>
<p>蛋黃不用加太多，把一半的蛋黃混沙律醬，再加少許橄欖油或牛油，混起來造成醬便行了，然後用小匙羹放回雞蛋「杯」中，最上面加點紅椒粉點綴一下，便成為好看美味，製作又簡單的小食了！如要更好看一點，可用忌廉（奶油）噴嘴使醬料成花紋。<br />

		<description><![CDATA[<p>懶得上街吃，媽又不想煮，唯有我自己出馬。基本我只懂煮最普通的東西，例如雞翼、牛扒、豬扒等，又或者甚麼也放到鍋中，熬半天便煮好的菜式，如牛腩或老火湯，所以我選擇吃西餐。既然技術不夠，便唯有以材料補救。下午到沙田的CitySuper搜購世界各地的優質材料，買了法國的生蠔和生菜，澳洲的羊架和牛肉串燒，還有荷蘭的蘑菇和日本的青森蘋果汁，結果花得比到街上吃更多，不過團年飯沒所謂吧。</p>
<p>生蠔質素普通，$20元一隻應該是這個級數吧，也沒有甚麼要求；牛肉串燒有牛味，但質感太硬，不夠好；羊肉很好，有羊味羊脂亦夠，十分美味；法國飛來的生菜，真是不同凡響，可口爽脆，但價錢比較貴，$22一棵，只有約半斤；荷蘭蘑菇很好吃，價錢不貴，一盒$25有30-40個，是最「抵食」的；青森蘋果汁呢？好甜，售賣攤檔說是全天然沒加糖的，難怪特價也要$39一瓶，雖然很貴，但值得買來一試。</p>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>閒來下廚自煮自食，是一個不錯的興趣。除了學習藝術可以陶冶性情，悠閒地下廚也可以。這個Wasabi雞翼，其實一點也不特別，先把雞翼解凍醃好，要入味便要醃一晚，用甚麼來醃？你喜歡用甚麼便用甚麼，烹飪不是微積分，沒有指定方程式的。想要煎出來時深色一點，便用老抽來醃，但老抽沒甚麼鹹味，所以要多下點鹽。我喜歡吃大蒜，所以也下了用半個蒜頭做成的蒜泥。</p>
<p>煎的時候不想煎燶表皮，便要用文火，每面最少煎5、6分鐘，近來禽流感流行，煮熟點比較好。要表皮有少許燶的話，便先用大火把2面的煎至金黃，再用文火來煮熟雞翼。當雞翼剛熟的時候，以Wasabi開少量水，倒進鑊中多煮數分鐘，雞翼便散發着Wasabi味道。不過Wasabi加熱後味道揮發得快，要有濃烈的Wasabi味便要加大量Wasabi，建議使用粉狀Wasabi；用支裝的話，成本比雞翼還貴，很不化算。</p>
<p>味道怎樣？現今的雞都沒雞味，雞翼更甚，所以都只是取決於大家醃漬的技術，至於Wasabi味道很難於短時間內滲入到雞翼內，所以只有一口咬下去時才感覺到。我做的好吃嗎？自己覺得還是醉雞翼做得最好。:lol::好味:</p>
